just made!

I  just designed and pattern cut this dress for the beautiful Emily to wear to a wedding somewhere scorching in USA.

work in progress....

It's made from a fabulous printed silk satin. you can see here where I've tacked it together that the print forms a 'bullseye' over the bum and fans out.

 Finished result...I hope Emily will forgive me posting this pic of hers- I'm waiting until she's  back from the wedding( maybe the dress will be trashed?! -if it was raucous one?!) to do a proper little photo shoot!
